This Terms & Conditions notice discloses the practices of this website. This website strives to provide its visitors the most accurate, complete, and transparent online retail automotive shopping experience available. In order to accomplish this task this website is heavily reliant upon third party providers which in most cases provide a level of detail not found elsewhere. That said however the reliance on this third party data can provide challenges not within the control of this website and the company being represented. To the extent the Terms and Conditions of any third party provider differ or conflict the Terms and Conditions stated herein shall govern.

FINANCE & LEASE TERMS - CREDIT

  This is not a commitment to extend credit. Finance and Lease terms listed herein are estimates based on the credit score provided. Your credit score is NOT the only factor that determines for which finance or lease terms you may or may not qualify. A final credit decision cannot be made until all supporting documentation has been submitted and a completed application has been reviewed in accordance with the lender's underwriting procedures. Prior to signing a retail installment agreement; payments, rates, and fees are subject to change. All rates have been posted solely to estimate and compare potential payments under different scenarios. 

DOWN PAYMENT / CASH DOWN

  Cash Down and Down Payment represent the desired amount of money you would like to pay at the time of purchase of the vehicle. Several factors may require you to put more or less cash down in order to qualify. Examples of such factors can include but are not limited to: available finance/ lease programs, vehicle evaluation, ratios such as loan to value, and credit history. 

TAXES

  This application utilizes a proprietary 50 state tax rule service that is imbedded into the calculation engine. To provide further accuracy a third party provider is utilized to access rate details associated with specific municipalities in which the consumer lives (when applicable). For the majority of users, use of the zip code will provide enough information necessary to estimate sales tax. In some scenarios however additional user information is required to get more accurate information (for example, a zip code may extend to multiple counties or cover areas outside of the city limits, etc.). Rate data is updated on a monthly basis on or around the first day of the month. In instances where a tax rate is not available and /or tax rules and calculations are not available a default estimate shall be calculated utilizing the dealers address. 

FEES

  Fees are estimated using a default transaction that extracts information from the Dealership's Dealer Management System (DMS). Fees may vary due to multiple factors which may or may not be accounted for within this application. Some fees may be mandated by a State or federal agency while others are specific to the dealership. See Dealership employees for additional information regarding the fees associated with the vehicle purchase transaction. 

TRADE VALUE

  Trade-in estimated values are calculated via the Kelly Blue Book web service and should be used solely as an approximate value of your vehicle. Vehicle valuations are opinions and may vary from vehicle to vehicle. Actual valuations will vary based upon market conditions, specifications, vehicle condition or other particular circumstances pertinent to this particular vehicle or the transaction or the parties to the transaction. These values can also fluctuate significantly depending upon the inputs of the user. TRADE-IN (NET)

  The "NET" value is the estimated value according to KBB.com less the amount still owed on the vehicle (if applicable) referred to as "Loan Amount" which is inputted on the fourth step of the trade valuation (4. Questions). Payoff amounts can and will fluctuate depending upon the date of which the loan payoff occurs, if any subsequent payments are made, or if any fees or penalties are incurred. It is suggested you calculate the loan payoff amount by choosing a date far enough into the future so to be realistic. 

INCENTIVES

  The incentives section utilizes a third party provider that aggregates manufacturer rebates and special lease and retail finance programs. These programs are often based on geographic location as well as other eligibility requirements. Most incentives also carry an expiration date that dictate the vehicle sale transaction completion date. Certain rebates and incentives may not be compatible with each other. Please contact the dealership when in doubt to ensure you qualify for a rebate before adding it to the proposed transaction. This information is intended to be utilized for informational purposes and may not be accurate in all cases. 

PROTECTION

  Optional products and or services may be available for purchase in conjunction with the vehicle sale. Third party services are utilized to provide vehicle specific offerings. Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy of these products and or services there are factors that may change eligibility and/ or pricing to the shown products and or services as well as the coverages associated. Before purchasing any product and or service the complete terms and conditions of related offering will be provided for review. The protection section is intended to be informational in nature and provide estimated costs for services. This is not intended to be a complete list of all products and or services available for purchase. 

NO WARRANTIES

  THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ACCURACY OF INFORMATIONAL CONTENT, OR SYSTEM INTEGRATION, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 

INDEMNIFICATION

  You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our licensors, vendors, service providers, and each of our and their respective officers, directors, members, employees, independent and sub-contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, "Indemnitees") from and against any and all claims, disputes, demands, proceedings, cause of action, judgments, damages, liabilities, losses, costs or expense (including, but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) of any kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed (collectively, "Claims") which may arise out of or are in any way connected with your access, visitation and/or use of the Service, your Content, unauthorized use of Content obtained on or through the Service, breach or alleged breach of the Agreement, or from any of your acts or omissions in connection with the Service. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. User agrees to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located with the U.S. Middle District of the State of Florida. If any of the Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the remaining portions of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. Any claim arising hereunder must be brought within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. 

DOCUMENTATION FEE

  Documentation Fee is intended to cover the following costs:

Motor vehicle inspection. This cost includes the time spent delivering the vehicle to the Motor Vehicle Department, waiting for the inspection, obtaining the proper documents and returning to the dealership.

Title preparation. This cost involves procurement of and preparation of the appropriate State documents to properly license and obtain the title for both the vehicle sold, as well as any trade-in vehicle. Included in this is the applicable fee for notarizing legal documents, as required.

Vehicle Procurement. This cost includes time spent locating, arranging the purchase and transporting a specific vehicle to our dealership, making it available to the customer. Included in this item are time, fuel, tolls, auction fees, transportation charges, etc. Depending on the situation, this can frequently amount to several hundred dollars per vehicle.

Title and tag procurement. This cost includes the time required to deliver the completed paperwork to the Division of Motor Vehicles, complete the transaction and return to the dealership.

OFAC and Patriot Act Compliance. Each purchaser of a motor vehicle must be researched through the Federal Government Office of Foreign Assets Control at the US Department of the Treasury, in order to ensure that no vehicles are sold to persons known to be involved with terrorist organizations.

Fuel service: This covers the cost of gasoline service. Our policy is to deliver each new vehicle and certified pre-owned with a full tank of fuel, and used vehicles with ten gallons. The cost of fuel service on new vehicles is partially underwritten by the manufacturer.

Federal Express fees. When financing is arranged through our dealership utilizing a bank or finance company, the paperwork must be "overnighted" to the financial institution.

Final cleanup and detailing, as necessary. Each vehicle will be delivered clean and detailed, as necessary and appropriate.

Credit Bureau fees. This cost is paid to the various credit bureaus prior to processing credit applications.

Bank contracting. This covers our costs associated with preparation of loan applications, submission of applications to one or more financial institutions, negotiating credit terms, preparation of contracts, submission of contracts and collection of funding from the ultimate lending source. 

    These items represent some, but not all, of the costs involved with the delivery and required documentation preparation associated with a typical vehicle sale. Most transactions require many of these activities. Some transactions will require all of these activities. The amount charged at our dealership is intended to represent an average transaction, thus eliminating the additional costs associated with performing a detailed calculation with each individual delivery.   

GENERAL DISCLOSURE

  This site does not provide a commitment to extend credit. This is not an offer or sales contract.The purchase or lease of any vehicle is subject to its availability. Some vehicles that appear in the dealer inventory may already have sold-deposits and/or have been previously sold. The use of this tool does not over-ride those transactions. Final Sales Contracts are authorized by and prepared by the Sales and Finance Managers. Finance and Lease terms listed herein are estimates. These estimates are based on the credit score you provided. The final terms of the sale will be determined at the time of purchase including but not limited to: vehicle price, discount, applicable rebates & incentives, fees, taxes, trade valuations, trade payoff, term, APR/ money factor, monthly payments, amount financed, and cash down.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
